Work schedules are a minimum of 5 days per week and 10 hours per day. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment. The ASM reports the Site Manager and provides coverage for Site Manager as designated.
The ASM is responsible for maintaining facilities including HVAC systems, general maintenance, carpentry work and scheduling work with subcontractors as needed. The ASM oversees all work requirements to ensure professional and quality services are provided to Customer in accordance with program requirements, while maintaining safety as the highest priority. The Assistant Site Manager shares responsibility and closely coordinates with Site Manager for the performance of work and all contract matters relating to daily operations of this contract.
